Tempe Mendoan Recipe


Ingredients :

100 gram of wheat flour
50 grams of rice flour
2 leeks, sliced
10 pieces of tempe Mendoan, ready to buy, cut into 2 parts
150 ml of water
1 egg
Enough oil, for frying
Spices are blended :
3 red onions
3 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon coriander, toated
1 teaspoon salt ½ pepper powder

Instruction :
Green chili sauce and soy sauce

Steps :
1. Mix the flour and rice flour. Enter the water, eggs, and subtle spices and stir well. Add the chopped onion and stir well.
2. Heat the oil, dip the tempe flour into the batter and fry for a while, lift.
3. Serve warm with chili sauce and soy sauce.

Mendoan is one of my favourite food. The traditional food from Banyumas.
It’s simple recipe to cook Tempe Mendoan. I also made it in my house.
